The fabric collar, with a hook-and-loop fastener at the back, comes with a foam ID tag at the front. Completing the ensemble, a fiberfill-stuffed velour tail attaches to a belt or belt loop with its fabric strap and a hook-and-loop fastener for a snug and adjustable fit.
