It would be great to paint the tip of the cigar with orange flourecent paint, and a few light strokes of gray or charcoal. I'll look like it's glowing under UV.
What would you charge for a wolfman, about action figure size? 6" to 8" tall?
Just Curious.

If I were you, I would make the werewolf body just a bit heavier/thicker, so that carving the hair, (maybe with a mustache comb) would make the figure seem like a layer of hair had grown.
Also, forcing the clay through a kitchen strainer would produce super-thin strands. Don't forget to really tatter up the clothes, so you don't have to cover the figure with so much hair.
Yeah, I did a bit of skulping before. I just might join you and start up with it again!
That would be a blast! Feeding each other ideas.

IB, Sounds like what you're talking about should be your first project... Why not? Get to it!

This is just too cool! I can see how I can pleasurably waste the rest of my life working on this sort of thing. I ALWAYS liked your avatar. It's even MORE cool that you made it yourself, rather than pluck some image off the internet.

I gave sculpty a try a few years back, but never tried the "layers" idea. If it wasn't so close to the party, I might have the extra $$$ to buy a few bricks of the stuff. (But I'm pretty sure I still have my tools in the art bin.) I'll have to look.

Hello everyone,
Here are some femo or sculpey creations my best friend gave to me,
I love them!!! It was a town at one time, that a friend of mine made a long time ago & it got destroyed in the flood of 1993, in Mo. this is all that is left, so I thought I would share it with you . I am sure yours will turn out just as cool as hers or even better.Good luck!!!
