Welcome to the forum.... and Happy Halloween! I think this pretty much describes me, too. I get busy during the rest of the holiday season, and I guess I am just not thinking so much about holidays, until maybe Valentine's, but then I do start checking in a bit.

Ajax, the funny thing is that one of the few days I'm actualy NOT here is the 'big day' itself because I'm too busy celebrating and handing out ToT candy. But yes, I do frequent this web site all year around, including but not limited to the Christmas season. Additionaly, I celebrate my own tradition called "Little Halloween," which is a celebration of Halloween in miniature when ever the 13th of any month falls on a Friday.
We have 3 Friday the 134ths in 2012, too.

And it also couldn't be a better time. January is one of the most boring, dead months of my calender. In fact, January and February are the only two months of the year that I really hate, and now I actualy have something to look forward to on the 13th of Jan. Maybe there will be a new horror movie release at the local theatre. If so, I'll see it, and then when I get home I'll watch one of my Universal Monster classics, put out one of my fake jack o'lanterns. I'll also screen "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown," too. If there isn't anything good at the movie theatre, then I'll just do the pumpkin, horror movie and Charlie Brown bit and roast a hot dog or two in the fire place.

I think another Underworld movie comes out in January or February. These are typically the months where the cr*p movies are dumped. I've noticed over the years that a lot of horror movies get release dates during these months However, I've always been entertained by the Underworld movies so I'll probably pay to see it
