Pumpkin Chips

Post by Andybev01 » Tue Sep 06, 2011 4:55 am

I found these yesterday and had to try them.

They are slices of pumpkin with a thin layer of rind. Deep fried and lightly salted.

I think they taste great.

Didn't anyone ever tell you? If you bring something to eat, you have to share it with the rest of the class.

I don't see why you couldn't substitute frozen lemonade or limeade concentrate for the orange concentrate in the dip.

They sound lovely. I think i'll scout my local supermarket for some. I doubt they'll sell them though.
