If any one know where they are selling at the grocery store, then where can I find them? I mean, pumpkin seeds nuts. I didn't find them at Food Lion or Farm Fresh, either.

Kroger usually has them alongside sunflower seeds and various nuts. They are called "pepitas," which I guess is the Spanish name for them.

Every year in October I like to roast the pumpkin seeds in the oven. I don't buy them in a pack at the store. Because they don't taste good. All you do is buy a real pumpkin in October, cut it and take the seeds out. Put the seeds on the baking sheet and add salt, if desired then bake it in the oven. Check out the recipe link below. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/roasted-pumpkin-seeds/

Sounds like a good recipe. Next October when I carve my first jack o'lantern of the year I'll give it a try.

If you look in the bulk food stores, but usually not the bulk section of a grocery store, you can often find them. However, it's hard to find ones as good as fresh. And they tend to be seasonal.
I have bought them in the store before and when they're fresh enough they're fairly good, although off-season seeds just aren't worth bothering with.

Oh, I agree, fresh-roasted is the way to go. I regard them as one of the delights of the season.
I have experimented with various seasonings, but I have decided that dry-roasted with Adobo seasoning is my favorite.
