"When I look at who we are, one of the first things I see is that we embrace people for who they are, and we encourage them to be confident and comfortable being themselves.

I take pride in the fact that we don’t ask people to abandon their self-expression at the door. We want everybody to wear what they like and be who they are. We know that being happy, confident and comfortable is important to our individual quality of life. Being able to feel supported while still being able to express yourself helps everyone be the best versions of themselves and we want every single person who works here to be the best possible version of themselves."

What purpose does FUN.com serve?

At FUN.com we want to kindle that feeling of acceptance and self-expression for people everywhere!

We’re not in the business of selling products that have a strictly utilitarian purpose or products that are boring and forgettable. We sell products that help people express themselves; products that help people embrace who they are and show that off to others around them.

We aren’t just selling products. The way we see it, we are helping people be themselves and be confident in doing so. Yes, we are sending packages of products out the doors to our customers, but these are packages full of confidence and tools for self-expression.

Not only that, but we like to think that we are sending each customer a little bit of this special place we have all made together. FUN.com is a place that values individuality, respect, positivity, and above all, the people who work here. The world may look at FUN.com and see a bunch of unlikely misfits, but we see a group of the smartest, hardest-working, most talented people we will ever have the pleasure of knowing.

2022: Juneteenth was added as a Paid Holiday for all FUN.com employees

June 19th, 2022: Bronze Event Sponsor for the local 5th annual Greater Mankato Juneteenth Celebration coordinated by the Greater Mankato Growth Diversity Council. 

June 1, 2023: In celebration of Pride Month, we aim to spread love, acceptance, and inclusivity with an exclusive Loungefly + Disney Mickey Mouse mini backpack while supporting the LGBTQ+ community. We pledged to donate 10% of proceeds from each backpack to the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), a nonprofit organization started by teachers and dedicated to creating safe and inclusive schools for LGBTQ+ students.
