Our Made By Us team is pleased to bring you this authentic outfit inspired by one of our favorite Disney Villains. This complete ensemble starts with a mesh shirt and sequined bodice. Two layers of skirts transform your legs into the look of Ursula’s tentacles thanks to foam backing and printed octopus details! The final bit of magic is the conch that lights up with a pair of batteries.
